Welcome to Halal Finder! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by Skyloop Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Halal Finder App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse, alter, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

3. Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate halal product information, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Always verify with product packaging or official halal authorities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and design within the App are owned by Skyloop Apps and protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including reliance on information provided.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App.

7. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest changes.

8. Subscriptions & Purchases

Halal Finder offers both auto-renewable subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

The monthly subscription provides access to premium features and is billed on a monthly basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to eligible premium features without renewal fees.

All purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
