• Camera Access: Used solely for scanning product barcodes. No images, photos, or videos are stored or transmitted.
• Internet Access: Used to retrieve product information and halal status from online databases. These requests do not include personal identifiers.
• Advertising Data: Third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) may collect:
  • Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)
  • IP address
  • Device type, OS version
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
  This data is used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: Anonymous usage data such as app version, device model, and crash logs may be collected to improve stability and performance.

2. How We Use Information

Barcode data is processed locally on your device to determine halal classification (Halal, Haram, or Doubtful). We do not sell or trade personal data.

3. Advertising & Analytics

We use Google AdMob to display ads and may use analytics services such as Firebase.
